Tee-Time

As the end of the year approaches, Facebook statuses express disbelief at the amount of time that has flown by since your first year at college. The real world looms ahead and your mind is filled with all sorts of questions. What is my purpose? What am I going to do with my life? How will I get a job in this economy? And of course, can I still wear my sorority T-shirts in the real world?
Well your purpose will find you. You will do great things with your life. Texas still has a good economy so just stay here. And I'm sorry to report, no, you cannot still wear your sorority T-shirts in the real world. (Unless you are wearing them to work out)
You have to wear clothes that fit your new position in the real world. While this may seem like a harsh reality, and you may be praying that your neon wayfarers aren't next on the nix-list... don't worry, they're not really, I mean the real world still has weekends. Plus, your future's going to be so bright, you'll need shades.
While other areas of your wardrobe will need some tweaking (interview clothes, work clothes, comfortable shoes, etc.) we are going to wade into this pool with ease, in the shallow end. You can consider Julian Gold your wardrobe floaties.
With the heat of summer closing in very quickly around us I think it only appropriate to start with T-shirts. Sorority tees may be on the out, but Austin's dress code isn't. Dressy tees are the way to go. If you spend just a little on a nicer tee, it will last much longer than just one wash and will look nicer too. They are just as comfortable and often even more comfortable than your old Studio 54 shirts... They are casual but cute.
So don't be afraid, we can do this together. Wardrobe is without a doubt a great way to soften the blow of just about anything. So stop by and we can get ready for this together.
